Or use your imagination: pull apart bread, quick breads, whatever you make will look elegant on your tea tray. And they will bake brilliantly as well in our nonstick bakeware. Made of aluminized steel, the choice of professionals, our pans conduct heat evenly to bake uniformly, and they are strong and durable. The reinforced, steel wire rim makes the cocktail loaf pan easy to grasp. And you don’t have to worry about sticking, the loaf will slide right out thanks to our proprietary nonstick coating, Americoat. Prized in commercial kitchens the world over, this silicone based non-stick coating is food-safe and FDA approved. It cleans up quickly and easily as well, so you can get back to the party planning.

Use and Care
Do not exceed 450°F (230°C). Our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed. Cooking spray is not recommended. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils.
