Cinnamon Coffee Cake
This moist, buttery coffee cake goes perfect with a piping hot cup of coffee in the morning, or for a mid day snack! Tender cake with a ribbon of cinnamon filling and piled with cinnamon struesel on top! Use our 8 x 8 ” square pan for 9 generous servings of this delicious cake!

USA PAN® 8″ Square Cake Pan
Cake: 1/2 cup softened butter 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup sour cream Topping/Filling: 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the filling/topping ingredients and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add in the eggs and mix well. Alternately add the flour mixture and sour cream to the butter/sugar mixture. Make sure to scrape down bowl. Batter will be thick. Spread half the batter into the bottom of your 8 x 8″ USA PAN®. Sprinkle half the filling over the batter. Carefully dollop the remaining batter on top and spread. Sprinkle remaining filling on top. Bake for about 35 minutes. Remove from oven to cool. ENJOY!!
