
OATMEAL COOKIES
A classic cookie loaded with oatmeal, cinnamon, and raisins. These cookies are soft on the inside and have a bit of crunch on the outside. Our cookie sheets really do make the best cookie!

Ingredients
2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 sticks room temp unsalted butter 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 3 cups oats (old fashioned, not quick cooking) 1 1/2 cups raisins
Recipe Instructions
Cream together the butter and sugars. Add eggs, mix well. Add vanilla and mix well. In a separate bowl. mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla. On low speed, add into wet mixture. Stir in oatmeal and raisins. Scoop 2 tablespoons of cookie dough onto your USA PAN® cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 11-13 minutes. Remove pan from oven to cooling rack and leave cookies on pan for 2 minutes. Remove cookies to cooling rack to cool completely.
