Ingredients
1/2 cup room temperature butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter (not natural, or crunchy)
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, sugars, egg, vanilla extract, and peanut butter. Gradually add in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until dough seems cohesive. Drop dough by tablespoon onto USA PAN® cookie sheet. Use a fork to make a cross-hatch design on each cookie. Bake for about 12-16 min, until barely brown around edges. Remove from oven to cooling rack.
