Yummy s’mores, no campfire needed! If you enjoy the taste of s’mores, you will love these bars. A delicous graham cracker crust topped with a chocolate layer and finished off with a toasty marshmallow layer!

USA PAN® 8 Inch Square Cake Pan
4 ounces crushed graham crackers- about 1 package
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons melted butter
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
Mini marshmallow- about 2 cups
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix together the crust ingredients and press into bottom of USA PAN® 8 x 8 square pan. Bake for 5-7 min and cool completely. For chocolate layer, heat cream over medium heat until it’s very hot. Turn off heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until they’re melted. Set this aside to cool slightly. Once slightly cool, spread over graham crust. Refrigerate until set. Top the chocolate with one layer of mini marshmallows. Set pan under broiler just until marshmallows brown. Cool completely and then slice and serve.
