Our classic 9×13 seamless rectangle cake pan is a must-have for any kitchen. Unlike our rectangle cake pan, this baking pan has no seams for a more traditional cooking experience. It will turn out fabulous lasagna, focaccia bread, and tiramisu for an Italian night to remember. Or whip up mac n cheese with a side of cornbread for a downhome feast. Savory or sweet, whatever you decide to make will turn out brilliantly from our unparalleled cake pan. The aluminized steel is prized by commercial bakeries for its strength, durability, and even heat distribution. We’ve created a corrugated bottom to aid in air circulation so you get consistent results. And the whole pan is coated in our silicone nonstick, Americoat, an FDA-approved, food safe glaze that is the gold standard in food release. And since the food slides right out of the bakeware there’s no need for cooking sprays / oils and cleaning up is a matter of moments.

Do not exceed 450°F (230°C). Our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed. Cooking spray is not recommended. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils.
